Why we do what we do
Our prime purpose is to keep people safe.
Since 2020 SafeWork NSW has recorded more than 1,000 incidents, nearly 600 injuries and three workplace deaths, caused by electrical incidents. Our mission is to reduce these alarming statistics as much as possible through our test and tag services, while providing industry-leading standards of service to all our clients, no matter their size.
The outcomes we deliver to you
We strive to achieve the following outcomes for all our customers

- Assurance that we will remind you when your next test and tag services are due.
A word about our “competency”
Sounds a little strange doesn’t it – that we have to tell you that we are “competent”. After all, who in their right mind would ever state or admit that they are incompetent!
It’s all to do with the way the government describes people like us who have acquired the knowledge and skills to carry out inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
We’re very happy to announce that all members of our team have the training and experience required to inspect and test electrical equipment to identify damage, wear and detect electrical faults. In other words “competent” in practice and also "officially on paper".
The work we do meets the relevant Australian standards laid out in AS/NZS 3760 In service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment and RCDs, outlines inspection, testing and tagging methods.
